1. Binding Agreement: By accessing this restricted portal, the user ("Client") acknowledges that they are entering into a binding legal confidentiality agreement with GEIP.
2. Restricted Access & Identity Verification: Access to our infrastructure is granted solely for the purposes of identity verification and legal case auditing. Use of unauthorized Case IDs or Security Access Codes is a federal offense and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Non-Disclosure & Gag Order: All information, correspondence, and strategic defense plans provided by GEIP are protected under Attorney-Client privilege. The Client is strictly prohibited from sharing, disclosing, or discussing any part of their case with third parties, including government agencies, without the express written consent of a Senior Partner.
4. Termination of Protection: GEIP reserves the right to terminate legal representation and withdraw all federal stays of proceedings immediately if the Client fails to comply with settlement instructions or violates the "Non-Publicity Protocol."
5. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and international maritime legal frameworks for multi-jurisdictional financial inquiries.
